Not Oldsters, Pinched Nerve Even More Experienced by Young Adults

Pinched nerve disease or nucleus pulposus (HNP) hernia is something that is often identified with older people. But who would have thought that this disease was actually more common in young adults.

The lifestyle that is lived by society today causes this pinched nerve disease to occur. The sitting position and the use of high heels as is usually done by office employees cause this to occur.

In elderly people, symptoms are often similar to that of pinched nerve, but in fact the two are different diseases. What these parents experience is calcification of the spine which then presses on the nerves between them.

Although the diseases experienced in this age range are different, there are similarities in the symptoms.
