Pain in the back is one of the biggest complaints that patients should seek medical attention for.

Back pain is one of the most frequent complaints doctors receive from their patients.

Statistics show that aches, pains, acute pain, low back are the fifth most frequently cited reasons for seeing a doctor and about 90% of all adults experience back pain at some point in their life.

Surprisingly, 50% of all adults experience this every year

There are many factors that contribute to ill health associated with this disease, from poor posture to high heels and even a heavy bag can cause back pain.

In fact, back pain is the reason given for 40 percent of all sick days taken.

The spine has four main angles that make up the posture. Because it is a musculoskeletal complex, complaints are mostly of physical problems.

Daily habits that change posture and physique play an important role in causing back pain and can also lead to herniated disks (slipped discs).

This habit of contributing may seem like very small things, but when it adds up, it becomes a big problem.

It is estimated that people who drive more than four hours a day are six times more likely to experience severe back pain and miss the work of people who drive than two hours per day.

Many more cause the back condition to worsen such as sitting all day with bad posture while working in the office or slouching on the sofa at home watching TV, and many more.

For a healthier back, change to a shorter heel, prepare a smaller bag for daily necessities, keep your wallet thinner than a centimeter, rest while driving.

Do not stick to an office chair or TV, get up or do activities while working. Lift it with your feet when you need something.
