Routine walking is proven to provide many health benefits. Not only does it help with weight loss, regular walking also helps control mood, metabolism, and maintain concentration levels. In fact, we can feel these benefits just by walking 15 minutes every day. Unfortunately, walking can trigger lower back pain or worsen the symptoms of people who have problems with their backs.

1. Obesity
